How does it work?

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Before you place your order

What does the entire process of purchasing fronts look like?
Will you make a front in an unusual format?

Yes , each model can be ordered "made to measure" with an accuracy of 1 mm; the configurator allows you to purchase any format

Do I have to pay extra for a custom color?

No – any RAL, NCS or ICA code is priced the same as the colours in the collection.

What disc do you use?

For the production of lacquered and veneered fronts, we use an FSC®-certified MDF core, while for plywood fronts we use aesthetic, high-quality birch plywood.

Can Ogony fronts be combined with IKEA fronts?

Yes , we offer assembly services in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Contact us for details.

Are hinges included with the fronts?

No, hinges are not included with the fronts. They must be purchased separately from IKEA.

Can the grain of the fronts be matched in the case of veneered fronts?

If you'd like the grain to match between adjacent fronts (e.g., between drawers or doors in the same section), let us know when ordering. Once you've provided the appropriate dimensions and layout, we'll prepare the pieces with a continuous grain.

Can the colors on the sample differ from the order?

In the case of lacquered fronts, the sample is made of the same material and using the same technology as the final front – there are no color differences. However, it is worth remembering that the color on a larger surface may be perceived as slightly lighter or darker depending on the lighting and surroundings.

In the case of veneered fronts, slight differences in shade or grain are acceptable—this is due to the natural properties of the wood. Each veneer is a unique piece of veneer, so no two pieces are identical.

Additional information

What is a blend?

This is an element that fills the space between the last body and the wall.

If you plan to have drawers against the wall, include a fascia or side panel so that the drawer can open freely.

How to install a diffuser?

The diffuser is screwed directly to the body or cover panel.

How to align the front with the fascia?

You can glue the fascia to the masking panel mounted underneath - this way you will obtain a uniform surface with the front.

What is a side panel?

This decorative finish is applied to the side of the cabinet body, matching the color of the fronts. It is used for aesthetic or functional purposes.

12 mm – decorative version

18 mm – recommended when installing a dishwasher or as a supporting element

How to install the side panel?

The side panel can be glued or screwed to the inside of the body.

Will the inside of the painted side panel be white?

As standard, the side panels at the height of the body on the inside are white.

If you order a floor-length panel (covering the body and plinth), its inner edge will be painted in the color of the front to a depth of several centimeters – so that the white panel is not visible when opened.

If you would like the entire interior to be painted in the color of the front, please contact us and we will prepare this option upon request.
