Where is OGONY furniture manufactured?
OGONY furniture is manufactured in Poland, in the heart of Kashubia. We have a carpentry workshop, thanks to which all our products are made on site, without the participation of external subcontractors.
Can I see your furniture in person?
We currently do not have a stationary showroom. We invite you to our workshop in Mogilno or Loryniec where you can see our furniture.
Can I order custom-made furniture?
Yes, because we manufacture our furniture ourselves in a carpentry workshop, we can adjust its dimensions to individual needs. Contact us and we will definitely come to an agreement.
What is the order processing time?
To avoid overproduction, we make furniture to order. Delivery time is up to 6 weeks.
Where can I find information about furniture care?
All necessary information regarding the care, renovation and use of wooden furniture can be found in the Care and Use tab on our website.
Delivery
How is furniture delivered?
We use a courier company that specializes in delivering bulky items to ensure your order arrives safely.
Does delivery include furniture?
Yes, we provide a full delivery service, including bringing in, unpacking and placing the furniture in the chosen location. We also take care of the disposal of packaging.
Will I be informed of the delivery date?
Yes, we will contact you approximately one week before your scheduled delivery to arrange a convenient date.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, please let us know as soon as possible and we will propose a new, convenient solution.
Can I pick up the furniture in person?
Yes, it is possible to collect the order in person at our workshop in Loryniec or Mogilno.
Which countries do you ship your products to?
We currently ship our products to European Union countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Do you offer furniture assembly services?
The assembly of our furniture is simple and quick, taking about 15 minutes. All necessary tools and instructions are included in the shipment and available on our website.
Returns and complaints
Can I return purchased furniture?
Yes, you have 30 days to return an undamaged and unused product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Custom furniture is non-refundable.
How will the funds be refunded?
The funds will be refunded in the same way that the payment was made - via bank transfer or via a payment gateway.
What to do if the purchased product is damaged?
If the product was damaged during transport, do not accept it and do not sign the receipt. If the damage is noticed later, contact us at contact@ogony.pl
How to file a complaint?
Complaints can be submitted to the email address contact@ogony.pl. Send a description and photos of the damage or defects of the product, and we will propose an appropriate solution.
How long does it take to process a complaint?
It takes up to 14 business days to process a complaint, but we try to act as quickly as possible!
